Chains; which are series of connected links made of metals; explains the human life. The moment we were conceived by the fusion of gametes to form a new organism is the exact time we start our series of connected links, during our stay in the womb, our series of connected links goes from simple to complex.

Developing germ layers, the genetic codes of the father are some of the series of connected links we develop that will further expand into more connected link after our birth to planet earth.
As we arrive the earth, we immediately become part of the chain of a family, a group of people, a tribe, a class, a nation and even the world.
As we grow, we have more series of connected links, our guardians start to teach us basic and important necessities of life like potty training, walking and talking. We do not know then that doing this things are just another series of connected links, that will lead to many more connected links. Now that we can walk, talk and use the bathroom by ourselves, we are quickly enrolled into school which is another series of connected links as we go from kindergarten to tertiary education and then to earn a living for our self.
Though some series of connected links can be seen as human necessities, some of them in which we take up are truly not a necessity and can be a burden to us.
The chains we carry, if they are too heavy for us, can indeed weigh us down.
Though humans know that they carry a lot of chains that weigh more than their strength, we carry them anyway; this being detrimental to our being, as it can lead to health problems, depression and so many adverse effects.
Chain shedding is indeed one of the best choice that a human can make. Do you have so many responsibility that weigh you down? well, better shed some of the chains before you fall, you are a career mum that still want to make home made food? well, loose some chains and get a caterer, cook or take out; you belong to a group or a relationship that undermines your existence and being? loose them. Though shedding some chains may seem controversial in the eyes of society, but this is you, you are the only one that know the chains you can truly carry and the ones you can not, do what will make you burden free, through that, you will find freedom, bliss and happiness.
The chains we carry do not have to weigh us down......
